ENG// Platform In De Maak is looking for starting makers* in the performing arts for a new trajectory.
--> an 18-month development process together with other starting makers
--> for performing artists, collectives or cultural workers
--> workshops, residence space and presentation place
--> knowledge sharing and peer network
The open call is closed.
* A starting maker is a performer or lighting technician, a choreographer or cultural worker, a dramaturge or scenographer, a graphic designer with an affinity for the performing arts, an aspiring business manager or costume designer, etc.

HURRAH! Platform In De Maak has been around for 3 years!
We will celebrate this on October 22 in 30CC/Schouwburg Leuven with all the makers and partners of recent years and of course also with you.

12:00-18:00: Living archive (work by 18 new makers from four different festival editions)

2:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Discussion table 'small makers in big houses'

After last year's corona-proof 'the festival that never happened', the next edition of our performing arts festival will go live again. In March 2022, twenty new makers will jointly organize 'PLATEAU22' in both ABBEY KEIZERSBERG and OPEK in Leuven.
